We have immensely enjoyed our stay here! We are at the end of our trip now and the end of the season and I couldn't recommend it enough. All staff have been kind and friendly and understanding, the hotel went above and beyond for my mother (uses an electric wheelchair) and they moved her to an accessible room within an hour as our holiday provider hadn't passed on this information prior to arriving but the reception team and room service staff were absolutely lovely and supported her moving, any issues were dealt with immediately and the team can't be faulted at all! The kitchen and bar staff were all just as wonderful and accomodating, and everyone worked so hard! The entertainment staff and band were amazing, we caught the last show of the season, was awesome and really interactive as well as informative and the pure talent! The entire staff team are a credit to the hotel and we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. The food was fresh and tasty with lots of options and different bits and pieces each day, the pools and water park can't be faulted, our son spent most of the week underwater! Location is gorgeous and close to lots of beaches and the town of Lixouri had everything to offer! Mini market opening hours were generous and had lots of fairly priced souvenirs and gifts, overall this park was clean, friendly and a fabulous holiday location! We had storms during our stay and even they were beautiful. So thank you again! We will be sure to return!
