Probably due to the low season, the place felt neglected. We arrived on a reasonably early hour around 18:00. No one was in the reception and a note left on the table. We were waiting for the hostess for a few minutes. It seems the main hosts were away, as we were greeted by the cook or something, which was ok but did not understand a word in English. The indoor pool lightning didn’t work so we passed it. Then we were located in a room just in front of the reception desk, where we could hear everyone, anytime. Not a nice experience for a quiet private holiday we expected from an accommodation in Tuscany. The bed was super hard and felt cheap. We paid reasonable amount of money, the highest in the trip and got the worst experience. The value for the money is totally one of the worst I had anywhere in the world, as traveling for almost 15 years. Just don’t do it for yourself if you get such a room. The breakfast was so boring. No eggs, no vegetables. Just looks nice on the outside but feels cheap. Avoid.
