Avoid. Book somewhere else. Absolutely not a 5-star experience — misleading listings, poor service, and zero accountability. We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2025 and were shocked by how far the reality deviates from the online descriptions. — The room we were given had no balcony, faced a wall at less than one metre, and felt like a semi-basement. — Reception staff was openly rude and aggressive when we raised the issue — waving hands, raising his voice. — No hot water on the first day — we were sent to another floor to shower. — The shower in our room lacked a glass panel, so water flooded the entire bathroom every single day. — The hotel is located at a crossroads — expect loud motorcycles revving all night. — Breakfast was unacceptable: flies crawling over fruit, stale-looking cold cuts, and overall poor hygiene. — No conditioner, no hand cream, no face sponges — when asked, the excuse was “we’re eco-friendly.” Not good enough. — No duty manager available to address concerns. — After wasting over an hour with Booking.com support, we discovered that the hotel simply does not have the room category shown online — those photos with balconies are fiction. As for the “Michelin-starred” restaurant: we paid over €200 for a few starters (no alcohol), served on plates that smelled like detergent. The award, if it ever existed, is no guarantee of quality today. This is not a 5-star hotel — 4 stars would already be generous. The “Michelin” reference is highly questionable. Booking.com takes no responsibility. This place survives on marketing, not substance.
