We stayed at this beautiful hotel in June 2024. Sylvia and Georgia her sister run the hotel. It looks like it’s a family run hotel. The service was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Our experience in Italy that in some places, the water fluctuates but here we had no issues and there was a lot of pressure. They did a wonderful job with the breakfast and to be honest it would’ve lasted all day on the food spread that they had. Our breakfast was included in the Livia pricing. In the afternoon they had a cocktail hour and their upstairs terrace is very nice clean and comfortable. We chatted with Sylvia Nearly about visiting Palermo and she gave us a lot of good tips on restaurants and where to go. She was very kind and even gave us a small gift a fridge magnet. At the end when we were leaving, she gave us all a hug which was super sweet. I wish everybody would say goodbye this way. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful stay.
