I won't be returning. Some of the issue is mine as I do not speak Italiano. I did prepay for our room for an evening months prior. Prior to arriving I received mixed e-mail messages regarding a location to park our car which ended up being on the street. The property then sent a link to a form that required 20 fields to be filled in. Once completed it led to a dead link and could not be completed or submitted so that was a waste of time. The younger girl who worked reception in the evening was very pleasant and helpful however whoever answered the phone during the day hung up on me in less than 10 seconds when I didn't speak Italiano. (this isn't typical in Italy as they find someone or we communicate in texts which can be translated) The room itself was adequate and good value for the price we paid. I can't recommend this property for those who can't speak the language or who are driving a car.
