We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and, and the location is about a 20-minute walk to the city centre, with nice bars and restaurants close-ish by. The spa is not included and costs 20€ extra, and the hotel felt more like a three-star than a four-star experience — there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. We booked a double bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart during the night. Also, the bathtub didn’t have a proper tap, only a shower sprayer, and the shower setup felt a bit awkward. In the morning we were disturbed by a lot of noise from the staff.
