Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa in Palermo, open April–August.
Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa sits directly on Palermo's historic stock exchange square, offering built-in ceremony backdrops and guest accommodations under one roof—a logistical advantage for destination weddings.
The 4-star property provides 127 rooms across a restored 19th-century palazzo, eliminating the need to coordinate multiple venues.
Its central location means guests can explore the Vucciria Market and Cathedral within walking distance during the celebration weekend.
It's a lovely vintage hotel in a good location. The traditional service (waiters all dressed up) and quality of coffee at breakfast were particularly apprecaited. Front desk service was also good. The closing roof over the courtyard and a few other bits showed signs of wear and tear but it's a special place. We paid over the top but that was our lack of research and the time of year.
