Location 5/5- really at the heart of Venice. Room 5/5 - the whole hotel are very well maintained. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Room are nice and toilet are new . It has lots of characters. There are this beautiful ball room for breakfast 🍳. And lots of comfortable seating area . After a long day walking along narrow street in Venice. It is very relaxing to have spaceous hotel. Service 5/5- staff are all very friendly and helpful 🙏💓

An absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already planning my return. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! The location was great. I was initially not sure if we needed a hotel that would have direct water taxi access but decided the three minute walk (even with a few stairs) was doable with our luggage. It is near everything but also one block away from the busy areas so it had a calmness to the hotel and the hotel courtyard (which is near the entrance). Okay now let’s talk about the property itself. The hotel felt authentic Italian while still being sleek and modern. It struck a great balance between classic Venetian character and contemporary comfort. The bar was a standout that was beautifully designed, warm, and incredibly cozy. The breakfast room where they had an impressive included breakfast, was stunning. It had such an elegant, grand feel that I joked they could clear the tables and shoot a Bridgerton ballroom scene right there! They offered both American and European breakfast items and delicious pastries. Definitely the best included breakfast of our entire trip! And lastly, I have to give my sincere thanks to the entire staff that made our stay perfect! From the email that we received three days before our arrival asking if we needed assistance with transportation from the bus depot to the hotel - I was planning on just winging it but as this was toward the end of our three week journey having the water taxi waiting for us on our arrival was very welcoming! They were so nice with every interaction at the front desk, in the bar, and at breakfast. I cannot recommend the Palazzo Keller enough! Five stars just is not enough!! It was perfect in every way!! Thank you!!!
