I had a fantastic stay at NH Villa Carpegna in Rome, thanks to the amazing staff. The reception team was always professional, super flexible, and ready to help with a genuine smile. They made everything easy and personalized, from check-in to answering all my questions. The breakfast and restaurant staff were just as great—friendly, attentive, and made every meal a pleasure. Honestly, it’s a pity there’s no such thing as a 6-star rating because this place and its people would definitely deserve it! All in all, the warm and helpful team made my visit memorable. I can’t wait to come back.

I stayed at this hotel in Italy for two days and really enjoyed my stay. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent. The only downside was the price, which was quite high for just two nights. Still, I might book it again because overall it was a great experience.

Our stay was overshadowed by a traumatic security incident and an appalling lack of support from the hotel management. On the morning of Dec 31st, our rental car was broken into. We later discovered the hotel staff knew the window had been smashed since early that morning, yet they made no effort to notify us or place a warning sign. The lack of empathy was shocking. When I asked the receptionist for help calling the rental car company to check their holiday hours, they initially refused, telling me to "do it myself." The only person who knew we had luggage in the car was a hotel officer, and the hotel's silence until we discovered the theft ourselves is deeply suspicious. They offered zero cooperation or help during a crisis. If you value your safety and your belongings, do not stay here. i thought this is 4 star hotel …
