Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was kind and professional, the hotel was super clean, and the continental breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. However, I was so disappointed with our room. When making the reservation, I mentioned that this trip was a birthday gift for my husband and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a nice room for the occasion. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, but I did hope the hotel would pay a little attention to this special request. Instead, we were assigned a room on the lower ground floor, right next to the reception desk. The windows faced directly into a wall, so there was no view and no possibility of getting any fresh air. It was also difficult to sleep because of the constant noise from the nearby air conditioning units, and in the morning we could clearly hear the staff working since the room was located directly opposite the service rooms. Aside from the room assignment, everything else was very good. We truly appreciated the cleanliness, the excellent service, and the quality of the breakfast. With a better room, our stay would have been exceptional.
