The property has undergone careful restoration to maintain its period character while introducing modern amenities, preserving original architectural details throughout its 40 rooms.
Positioned directly on the Ligurian Sea, the hotel offers a rare combination of historical authenticity and contemporary comfort for ceremonies and receptions.
First of all we see a lot of great reviews and that is why we booked the hotel. Unfortunately our experience was not the same since we got a Studio Room and it was not as shown in the photos. The room was very outdated, cold, moldy, moist and very dark. There were cigarettes buds all over and a total mess in the cupboards. During our first night the toilet broke and flooded the room and the owner was not very helpful saying there are no other rooms and also we are not prisoners there we can always change hotels. Since they didnt have any other rooms we changed hotels in the morning and they refunded us the money. They didn t look very surprised that we wanted to leave. I think they only updated some of the rooms and the others are just left behind. It seemed like it was a deposit and not a room.
