A lovely room to stay in Florence. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine for New Year’s — a very thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was some noise coming from the air conditioning.
