We absolutely love this place, and after our first stay we ended up booking Hotel Cyrano again just two weeks later, at the end of our trip. What stood out the most was the amazing staff - everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel at home, and nothing about it feels forced or artificial. Every single person we interacted with had that same warm attitude, and it really makes a difference. Marco, the manager, even remembered us after those two weeks, which was such a nice touch. You can also ask him for local food recommendations - we did, and we were really happy with his suggestions. The breakfasts are great, with a wide selection and really good quality. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortably warm in the autumn/winter months. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the train station, even with heavy luggage - it’s totally manageable. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and we’re already thinking about when we can come back.
