We stayed in several hotels during our northern Italy trip. This one had the best value for money ratio for us in August. The breakfast buffet is great. Fresh fruits and veggies, choice of different breads and buns as well as options for vegetarians and vegans. The pool was clean and had a nice size. The rooms need significant updating, but the beds were comfortable and the balcony as well as the stunning views over the lake a nice little feature. The WiFi on the other hand was slow and therefore a struggle. It‘s a 3-5 minute walk to the city center and down to the pier where the ferries leave. The parking situation is not ideal, but the shuttle service to the parking lot works well. All staff we encountered was helpful, friendly and proficient in English.
