After having a problem with our booking being messed up - we were given an alternative .. I can only add that Sylvia handled the situation in a very professional and caring way and we were extremely happy with the way this was handled. The hotel is excellent as is the location. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. We found all the team so helpful, friendly, wecoming and professional and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Yes the road can be a bit noisy but anywhere along the lakeside would be - it is prime position. Thank you for having us!
