I cannot begin to express how amazing the hotel staff were in this hotel. We had an issue with our travel agent when we arrived and Stephen on reception was absolutely outstanding and so understanding. He helped us through the issue and it was resolved thanks to him. All the staff were amazing in this hotel, particularly all the reception staff and a man from the uk in the bar. The service was outstanding and the location is unbeatable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
