Amazing experience at Hôtel Belle Plage in Cannes. The beach view is stunning, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The food was delicious — we loved the Mediterranean appetizers, especially the hummus and sweet potato. The carpaccio de loup was fresh and delicate, and the épaule d’agneau was outstanding, a real must-try. Great Sancerre wine with a perfect beach view, and the mohalabiye with pistachio was simply wow. Special mention to the restaurant manager for the very professional service. Highly recommended.
