Stayed in the "Dallas" room, nicely decorated. Very clean hotel, little out the way but knew that when booking. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but that's personal preference. Continental breakfast came with the booking which is a bonus. No coffee etc in rooms which is a shame. Kind staff. Great for a base if you're travelling around Pompei and further a field like we did. Had an issue with the room phone on last night, rang 3 times (we unplugged after that) reception night staff were rude and not helpful, didn't really get to the bottom of it and as it was an isolated issue doesn't take away from the rating as a whole. Would recommend staying there
