Quiet clean and close to the sea. Rooms are clean and good beds. Our room had a bath, balcony and a kitchenette. Lovely owners that were very kind and helpful.

A beautiful, warm, and well appointed hotel; the room we booked was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed and an airy balcony. Fully stocked kitchenette and a large closet would give us the option to stay a full week or more comfortably. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there are a half dozen parking spots inside the gated courtyard! Try the breakfast option, it's very well presented and satisfying and well worth the asking price. The proprietor is lovely and very welcoming, we will definitely stay here when we return to Nice!

Very good hotel! It is really close to the beach. Nice parking facility. Garage. Swimming pool. Extremely clean! Although it is 2 stars hotel, they were cleaning every day. Great balcony with table and chairs to have your first coffee for the day and last drink on evening. Facility for your wet beach stuff. Marquette against sun, air-conditioning, jalousies, safe. Equipped kitchen box with fridge, plates, microwave, coffee maker etc everything you can need... Recommend highly!
