An absolutely outstanding breakfast experience at Hôtel Fort Saint-Laurent. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most wonderful team — genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. The breakfast itself is simply exceptional: beautifully presented, fresh, generous, and delicious, with every detail carefully thought through. The cheese is amazing, eggs were perfect, fresh orange juice (really one!). You can truly feel the love and care behind each dish. Without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. A huge thank you to this incredible team from the chef to the waiters for making our mornings so special — best team, best breakfast, unforgettable experience!
