We did 1 week with family: two kids under 6, 1 adult with walking aid, 1 adult with walking impairment, 3 adults. PROS Decent rooms, well built and seperated. We staid close to the reception so no major noise at night ftom the entertainemnt. Staff very young but friendly, helpful and overall kind. Kids club staff a big thankyou very kind and good with kids. Bit up to Bubu for his bonne humeur. Pool: the kids pool is amazing!! Such a great investment! Location: View is exceptional and the glass balcony makes it so worth it. Its so close to the airport but not noisy from the planes at all. The beach is gorgeous. A bit steep to get to the water but the water is outstanding and the sand even if not super fine is great! Entertainment: great overall entertainment. Overall the greatest thing is its not a massive complex so its very cosy and feels a but like a small village and it never feels crowded (aside from buffet time) We arrived earlier than the rooms (9am) but were given our rooms immediately thankyou so much!!! CONS The food is really not great. Its a decent buffet but always pretty much the same stuff, not many healthy options for bfast and was decent but if yo are a foody not the place to go. The seats at the beach are very old school and not v comfortable. Not sure the guy putting the unbrellas up is a real safewatch as he had nothing to actually be able to save aomeone but its fine if u just keep an eye on kids. Pool: the adult pool is next to the kids pool so no pool relaxation without kids, head to the beach instead! We were full board but actually a lot of stuff we still had to pay for or constantly ask if it was included or not- confusing! To improve: Ensure there is toilet paper in the toilet next to the pools - there was never any and its the closest for kids in the pool! Any imprivement in quality and variety of food. Inform people there is a ‘restaurant’ option. We were told towards the end by some guests and it was lovely to take a break from the hussle of the buffet. We were told not everyone is told about it as linited seats but then why tell some guests at reception and not others?? Add coffee options at lunch and dinner at the buffet. As we had two people struggling to walk it was discouraging for them. More helpful staff for the excursions: we wanted to do something private as we were so limited in walking (get our own van and tour or boat) but were told to go on the internet or contact the person directly, no help there. Overall its a place we would come back to despite some hics mainly due to the incredible location and overall lovely staff. Thankyou.
