⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had booked this banquet for my sister’s nikkah function on the 29th of last month. From the very first visit, we were truly amazed by the hall. Considering the price, the banquet was very affordable, yet the amenities and overall setup were absolutely top class. The management and staff were extremely supportive throughout. We had some delays in payments, but they handled everything with great patience and understanding. A special mention to the manager **Rifath** and **Ziyad**—they treated our function as if it were their own. The decoration and arrangements were done beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, on the day of the nikkah, the groom’s father passed away, and the function had to be cancelled. During such a difficult time, the way the management stood by us was truly admirable. They suggested using the prepared food for the funeral and even arranged staff to help manage the catering. On top of that, they refunded a decent amount since the function did not take place, which was very kind and considerate. What truly touched us was that their actions clearly showed they don’t work with only a business motive. They genuinely care about people and situations, and that humanity sets them apart. We are truly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and support during such an emotional time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just a beautiful venue, but a team with a big heart.
