I visited Jetwing Lagoon Wellness Resort today with my family for dinner, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the staff was warm and welcoming. When we received the menus, we were initially a little concerned as the resort has now transitioned into a wellness retreat with a more wellness focused dining concept. However, the supervisor, Indika, handled the situation exceptionally well. His problem-solving skills were impressive, and he went out of his way to accommodate our preferences by arranging the food we wanted. He also thoughtfully advised us on portion sizes that suited our group perfectly. The staff were kind enough to cater to our requests even though the dishes were not listed on the menu. We ordered chicken fried rice, chicken noodles, devilled chicken, and hot butter cuttlefish. All of which were absolutely delicious. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I would also like to specially mention Malindu, who served us. He was very polite, professional, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the evening. This was our first visit since the resort transitioned into a wellness retreat, although we have visited several times before the change and always had wonderful experiences. Once again, the staff ensured we received excellent service and that our requests were well taken care of. Thank you to the entire Jetwing Lagoon team for the outstanding hospitality. Please keep up the great work. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a great weekend away at Jetwing Lagoon Wellness. It was a really relaxing stay we truly enjoyed it. A big thank you to Kushan who went above and beyond help us, we really appreciate it. The massage was lovely, the food is all natural (no processed foods) so it’s very healthy, there was a free yoga class in the morning which was a great way to start your day and the pool is just massive. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Rooms are ok…. 2 dogs at the beach pool. Extremely cute. Highlight of the hotel I’d say….. 2nd highlight was the 100m pool. Service is ok, staff definitely needs more training… Extremely slow, food can take hours to cook, final results for food after hours of waiting, taste blend which may explain the “wellness hotel” I’m not sure what they are doing in the kitchen but I genuinely am wondering…. I wouldn’t rate this place as a 5 star hotel, perhaps a 3 star, but a 5 star if it was non-profit organisation.
