This hotel is gorgeous and the staff are incredible. Its a pleasant and calm vibe, and quite large for the number of guests. This hotel breakfast is top notch. Restaurant staff make your dining experience memorable every time. The front desk staff are helpful and accommodating. We are diamond status and were not granted a room upgrade or late checkout but reception bent over backwards to help us organize shuttles to activities and come up with last minute transportation to the airport after we mis-booked our own.
