I went to Faena with my family, it was my first time in Miami and the food, service, and location were excellent! One person in particular made our stay truly special. Joseph Tejada worked at the front of the hotel and would warmly greet everyone that was entering and leaving the hotel. He would always give my family and I are warm welcome and talk and laugh with us. I had a great time, and he is one of the reasons why I want to come back!
