07 · Questions

Asked along the way.

What's the best season for an outdoor ceremony here?+

October-April offers the most reliable weather and warmest temperatures (18-26°C). November and March provide optimal sunset angles. Winter (June-August) brings cooler conditions (12-18°C) but dramatic storm-light photography opportunities and fewer tourist crowds.

Can we accommodate 200 guests if we use both indoor and outdoor spaces?+

Yes. The main ballroom holds 120 seated; the oceanview terrace accommodates 80+ standing or cocktail-style. Combined, with the beach pavilion, you can host 200+ across multiple zones with separate bar and catering stations.

What's included in the venue fee versus what costs extra?+

The venue rental includes space, basic tables/chairs, and in-house AV. Catering, bar service, florals, photography, and entertainment are separate line items. Accommodation for wedding guests receives preferred hotel rates (typically 15-20% discount) but books independently.

How far is this from Cape Town International Airport?+

25 kilometers north; approximately 30 minutes by car depending on traffic. Most guests travel via pre-arranged hotel transfers (R450-650 per vehicle) or ride-share services.
