Here’s what I absolutely ❤️ about Eureka Estate: 1️⃣ You can design your own quote online, and I can honestly say there were no hidden costs added as the big day approached. Most items are included from the start, which made budgeting so much easier. With other venues, the first quote often excludes essentials but the Eureka team’s cost estimates were transparent and accurate. 2️⃣ The entire planning process is exceptionally well-organised. You simply tick what you want on a PDF, have two planning meetings, communicate with them via email, and voilà your wedding day appears like magic! 3️⃣ The service is exceptional truly next-level. I love a business that delivers excellent service, and I have never experienced this level of professionalism and efficiency before. 4️⃣ The food is out of this world and every single guest agreed! 5️⃣ The management and staff are incredibly thoughtful, paying attention to even the smallest details. They noticed our parents had taken some of the drier pieces of gammon and quietly brought extra to our table. My wife and I had our wedding here on 20 September 2025 and we could not have been happier. We had visited a couple of venues while touring to see which one was the best fit and finally settled on Eureka. It included almost everything we wanted and excluded the things we wanted to take care of ourselves anyways, what a bonus! Lené was the first to meet up with us and she was nothing short of incredible! Kind, genuinely interested, friendly, professional. She explained every question and went through every detail. Another side note is that the day we did our tour was incredibly windy, yet, in all the areas that would be used for a wedding day, it was still apart from a light, refreshing breeze. Mieke then met with us to go through the quotes and preparations. What an awesome person with a real passion for what she does. She's energetic, has awesome vision, and manages to encourage to try different things but not in a way that feels pushy. The day was also top knotch. We honestly wouldn't have changed a thing. Every detail was considered and we sincerely felt like we were not involved in putting out any fires, in fact we don't even know if things went wrong because they were simply dealt with without us knowing. Anna was there to assist at every call! The accommodation was also lovely, having a really large room with all the amenities. Our only gripe was that the geyser wasn't 100% but Mieke was quick to send someone to assist (within 5 mins at 8 the next morning!) and there was no hairdryer. Not dealbreakers considering there isn't a check out time, how good!? I'd really recommend having your special day or function here. The views are impeccable, the reception hall and veranda are stunning, the staff are incredible. World class in every way!

We cannot thank everyone at Eureka Estate enough for the most incredible wedding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning of the planning process, their communication was outstanding. Every detail was handled with such care, professionalism, and genuine passion, which gave us complete peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, the level of detail, organisation, and care shown to us was exceptional. We were looked after so well, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. The food was absolutely incredible, our family and friends are still raving about it. It was truly the most magical day, everything we could have wished for and more.
