Disappointing stay. The room wasn’t clean and the sheets smelled unwashed. The heater didn’t work at first, and I had to go to the front desk to report it. I was told it was on, but it wasn’t. When it was finally fixed, it took two hours to warm the room. Breakfast was just okay, and the staff seemed bothered.
