Avoid this hotel at all costs. Worst service, worst attitude, zero integrity. ***If you need to book it. Please read all conditions and rule every word carefully, upon confirm booking you cannot change anything after confirmed. They will charge you with non-compromise to refund or change anything. This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. Hotel Apollon Sarande operates with complete dishonesty and zero professionalism. Everything they promised before and after booking turned out to be lies. Less than 24 hours after making the booking, I noticed an unreasonable policy: 50% charge immediately upon booking with no proper warning. I instantly contacted booking(.com) to fix a mistake in the booking — wrong date and wrong room type — and booking(.com) reached out to the hotel on my behalf. At first, the hotel said they would not allow cancellation under any circumstance, but they agreed to allow changes to the date and room type. So I submitted the request as advised. It got rejected. I contacted booking(.com) again. Booking confirmed that the hotel did agree to allow changes. So we tried again — this time, just changing the date to make it easier. Rejected again. The hotel then said they would not allow ANY changes now or in the future. Unbelievable. This hotel is completely unreliable, untrustworthy, and manipulative. They say one thing and do the opposite — intentionally stalling until it’s too late to do anything, just so they can keep your money. It feels like a scam. They clearly had no intention of cooperating and just wanted to profit off a booking mistake. I have contacted booking(.com) multiple times, spent hours trying to resolve this, but the hotel was consistently dishonest and unhelpful. I strongly believe Hotel Apollon Sarande should be blacklisted from your platform. They are liars. They don’t help. They trap customers into non-refundable bookings and change their words as they go.
