As a Hilton Diamond member who travels frequently and stays at Hilton properties often, I’ve experienced many hotels over the years — but this was by far one of the most disappointing and disgusting stays I’ve had. I had to switch rooms three different times because of questionable stains on the beds. After a long day of traveling, the last thing anyone wants is to keep picking up and moving rooms just to find a clean, decent bed to sleep in. It was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that nobody from management ever reached out to address my concerns or apologize. Please see the attached pictures for details, and be aware before booking here. The front desk was extremely polite and accommodating however, this hotel needs a deep clean.
