I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Despite being part of a well-known brand, the overall experience felt more like a 1-star property. The front desk staff was unhelpful and even refused to provide complimentary drinking water. Housekeeping was another major disappointment—the rooms were not cleaned properly, and instead of resolving the issue, staff simply blamed their colleagues. The hotel manager was impossible to reach. Multiple guests were trying to speak with management because of various room issues, but the manager repeatedly avoided guests and never addressed any concerns. Even after promising to credit us with Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience, the manager never followed through. The bathroom design was also poor. There was no shower door, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor after every shower, creating both a mess and a safety hazard. Finally, don’t be misled by the positive reviews. Our experience was completely different and left us feeling ignored and disappointed. There are far better hotels in the area that value their guests and provide the level of service you would expect. I would not stay here again.
