Domaine La Camarette in Pernes-les-Fontaines, open AprilAugust.

Domaine La Camarette spreads across rolling Provençal hills in Pernes-les-Fontaines, where vineyards and cypress-lined pathways frame views of Mont Ventoux in the distance.

Stone buildings with ochre-tiled roofs anchor the 12-hectare property, offering both intimate garden spaces and open terraces for ceremonies and receptions.

The landscape shifts from manicured gardens to wild lavender fields, creating natural backdrops that evolve throughout the day.

We visited Nancy’s and Alexandra’s winery a few nights ago for a Jazz event, details of which we were lucky to have come across earlier in the week. We had visited the winery last September when staying in the area with our family. Nancy gave us a tour and we enjoyed a tasting. The weather was wild at the time. It was definitely a day to remember, not just because of the weather. Nancy was great and had all the time in the world for us. We had to return and did for the Jazz. What a great evening! Amazing music/talent in a beautiful setting!
