01 · In a sentence

Domaine du Grand Malherbes in Aimargues.

Domaine du Grand Malherbes sits on the edge of the Camargue wetlands in southern France, where flat horizons meet shallow lagoons and salt marshes stretch toward the Mediterranean.

This hotel venue commands views across protected natural landscape, offering an unconventional backdrop where wild horses and flamingos inhabit the surrounding terrain.

The main building and guest accommodations occupy grounds positioned between Route des Plages and the region's distinctive waterways.

Very nice place, almost a luxury place (in an old renovated place) but the service is not exactly at the level you would expect in such a nice place. No real restaurant nor bar or pool service ( "since covid it is too complex...."). Rooms are comfortable. The breakfat is great also. So great value at the time and nice stay but could be even better!
