We were extremely disappointed with our wedding experience at this venue. Despite the premium price, almost every part of the day was mishandled. There were no wedding decorations in our room on the night, and even basic services like breakfast were only provided after we specifically requested them. Many of the flowers were removed from our reception table before we had a chance to see them, and none of the ceremony flowers were brought down as promised. The lighting was underwhelming for the cost, no drinks were offered throughout the night, and the food was cold, overly salty, and frankly unacceptable. Our “floating dinner” reservation was never made, so we arrived only to be kept waiting. We had to ask for blankets that should have been included, and the officiant was late, leaving the bride standing in heels and a heavy dress for far too long (on a staircase). Guests did not receive the welcome drinks that were part of our package, and there were no lanterns or candles as advertised. On top of this, our room had a broken shower, the cave pool had visible black mold, and the table at our reception had water spilled on it before guests sat down—and instead of replacing the cloth, they left everyone seated at a wet table. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, especially for such a significant occasion. We would not recommend this venue to others planning a wedding. Was told that the wedding management team would respond to our complaints, but here we are; a month of being ignored with no follow-up.
