The service staff are exceptional, as someone who has worked in hospitality, I have to respect customer service staff who somehow maintain a positive and welcoming demeanour when faced daily by the horrors of customers. The location could not be better - it is within walking distance from everything you want to do in Cairns city. The room that we had (King Urban Balcony) was smaller than I expected, but we only paid $784 for 3 nights + parking, so I can't complain.
