Creta Palm Hotel – Smiles All the Way, Even at the End of the Season The hotel staff truly deserve a special mention. The service was genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful – every single day we were greeted with a smile and a kind word, even though the season was already coming to an end. Housekeeping worked with almost unbelievable efficiency: our room was cleaned daily, and towels and linens were changed so often that it felt like staying in a six-star hotel. The cheerful atmosphere was contagious – you only had to mention a wish, and it was taken care of right away. Creta Palm Hotel was clean, peaceful, and safe. Our ground-floor room had electric locks and metal shutters on the windows, giving a real sense of security. The pool area was spacious and pleasant, with water around 21 °C. We didn’t go to the upper pool this time since the ramps were quite steep and slippery. Food and daily rhythm The food was varied and tasty. The All-Inclusive package offered the best of genuine Greek cuisine, and the daily schedule worked perfectly: – Breakfast 7–10 – Snack 11–12 – Lunch 12:30–15 – Snack 15–18 – Dinner 19–22 The menu could have changed a bit more during the week, but there were so many options that it didn’t really matter. During the second week, the selection had already been refreshed nicely. Summary A wonderful hotel that combines friendly service, cleanliness, good food, and genuine Greek hospitality. We can warmly recommend Creta Palm Hotel to everyone – and Hania itself is a perfect mix of history, beaches, and life. 🌴
