Cheval Blanc exceeded my expectations with its refined service and beautiful views. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a more spacious room. Their thoughtfulness and care throughout the process were truly appreciated. The amenities were exceptionally curated, featuring full spa-quality products of outstanding quality. The Eiffel Tower views from both the evening bar and the breakfast restaurant were simply magical. I would be delighted to return and hope to stay in a Pont Neuf view room next time.
