[Positive Section] The location and the facilities are beautiful, it is a huge location with an amazing green area, which was even better than expected. The room booked was big enough for 3 people and it reflected the pictures on the website. We experienced the wine tasting and the restaurant La Source and we enjoyed both very much. [Negative Section] The overall experience, level of services and especially staff are absolutely not enough for a 5 star hotel nor good enough for the price. We faced many unjustifiable mistakes which did not let to any discount, not even an offered bottle or massage or cocktail! Absolutely inappropriate and non acceptable. Upon our arrival, at the check-in, the staff did not inform us about the Spa, nor about the massages, opening hours. She did not provide us with the expected information that are necessary to enjoy the stay Our reservation was for 3 ppl but the room was not ready for us: towels, robe and glasses were missing for the 3rd person. We had to call the reception. We contacted the reception again because the bath soap had not been refilled, which we realized only when one of us took a shower. On our first evening, we realized that one of the trashcan had not been emptied! It still contained papers, napkins and medical stuff and pharmaceutical product from the previous guests. Not acceptable, it shows the superficial level of care and controls for such an hotel. When the room was cleaned, the stuff did not removed empty bottles and dirty glasses. We had breakfast included in the paid price. In the morning, no one explained what was included among the fix menu or a la carte menu. Only the first one was covered but the staff just handed over the menu without any explanation. The price of the breakfast was then charged on us, which we pointed out at the check-out to have it deducted. All the above did not lead to any kind of compensation. The hotel is beautiful but it does not worth the price as the service is way below the acceptable level.
