01 · In a sentence

Château Bas D'aumelas in Aumelas, open JuneSeptember.

Château Bas d'Aumelas rises from the Languedoc plateau with panoramic views across vineyards and rolling countryside toward the Mediterranean.

This 18th-century estate commands 15 hectares of manicured gardens, ancient stone terraces, and tree-lined avenues that create multiple dramatic backdrops for ceremonies and receptions.

The château's weathered façade and sprawling grounds offer the gravitas of French heritage with genuine countryside seclusion, just 45 minutes from Montpellier.

Visited a wedding here. Very beautiful environment and service minded personell. Tasty wine and food. A bit tricky to get here but well worth it!
