Location right by train station and easy to walk to. They allowed us to check in early and leave later based on our schedule. They also hold your bags as needed! Located inside of a beautiful old building. Everything you need is nearby. Comfortable bed and the terrace was a great bonus. We were traveling with a baby and we were able to fit his stroller (which is larger than travel size) in the elevator no problem or just walk it up the stairs. Also, the area felt safe walking around. It was touristy and busy but no issues. We enjoyed walking to lunch from the nearby tonnarello location (amazing restaurant throughout Rome) and dinner from Taverna Urbana which was delicious too. Highly reccomend both. The limited staff hours were no problem for us as they reached out to make sure they were there when we checked in and were quick to reply on WhatsApp.
