Can we bring our own wedding planner or caterer?+
You must appoint a professional event organizer who becomes Casina Cinquepozzi's main contact. External caterers are welcome if they are reputable and discussed in advance; the venue can also introduce preferred local partners. Internal catering is provided only for guests staying overnight at the property.
What happens if weather is poor?+
Indoor spaces on the first floor can be reconfigured to accommodate up to 50 guests. Marquees can be installed across several outdoor locations on the estate for larger gatherings or additional shelter. All arrangements must be finalized well in advance.

The property has 50+ rooms available. For guests not staying at Casina Cinquepozzi, the venue recommends numerous nearby hotels and villas in the Putignano area and can provide recommendations.
Are there any restrictions during the wedding?+
Yes: the swimming pool, outdoor tub, and hammam are closed during events with external guests. Wheelchair accessibility is limited, with gravel, bark chips, and grass throughout the grounds; one outdoor accessible bathroom is available for disabled guests.
