We stayed four nights at Casa Malca in Tulum and had an incredible experience. The staff truly made the stay special—always welcoming, attentive, and going out of their way to help. Being greeted by name and treated with such genuine care made a huge difference. Our beachfront room was stunning. Stepping straight from the sand into a spacious, beautifully designed room with boho-inspired decor and ocean views was unforgettable. The room was comfortable, elegant, and thoughtfully laid out, with two great bathrooms and amazing showers. Being able to walk right out onto the beach was a dream. We had massages each day, and the spa was peaceful and excellent. The therapists were fantastic and made every visit relaxing and memorable. The beach was clean, quiet, and never crowded, with plenty of loungers and no seaweed during our stay. Huge thanks to Mr. Malca and the entire team for such a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!
