Unacceptable handling of a paid booking. Do not recommend. I booked and paid for a hotel with breakfast included and received confirmation. Late at night, the hotel contacted me via WhatsApp, reported an “emergency,” and offered relocation without breakfast, despite it being paid for. After I refused to cancel and contacted Booking support, the hotel canceled my reservation without my consent. A refund was promised but has not been received at the time of this review. I was traveling with my disabled mother and was put at real risk of being left without accommodation overnight. This is unprofessional and unsafe behavior toward guests.
