It's hard to put into words just how magical and fabulous our stay was at Casa Chameleon. From literally the second we arrived, we were treated like royalty in every imaginable way. The staff is so caring and truly goes above and beyond (special shoutout to Cesare, Andy, and Luis at concierge!). Everything is clean and beautiful, and we felt safe the entire time we were there. It's a small resort, about 20 villas that aren't connected. Each villa has its own pool. It's very easy to feel like you're the only ones there. (There is also a shared pool in the main area if you need a change of scenery....though we never tired of the ocean AND sunset views from our Villa 14.) You can walk into the town of Las Catalinas (down and up a VERY steep hill), but the concierge will gladly drive you in the golf cart. It takes literally a minute. I was very sad to leave Casa Chameleon on the day we headed to the airport. It was the most magical vacation we have ever had, and we hope to be back someday!

My husband and I were here for 5 days/4 nights for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was absolute perfection. From the warm greeting with cold towels, fresh fruit and champagne, to the special welcome gift in our villa, the unreal views from the property and our villa patio, and the food - everything was amazing. The staff was warm, friendly, and ready to assist in any way to make our stay special. We were greeted by name by the second day. All of the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were delightful. A special shout out to Carlos who gave us a wonderful wine tasting experience and was just such a nice person. This is the place to go for a relaxing, peaceful, no crowd getaway! The town of Las Catalinas is a short walk (or golf cart ride) and is adorable with several restaurants and a nice beach. Great hiking trails. If there is one tiny downside, there is not a full wall between the bathroom and the bedroom so not much bathroom privacy. Overall an exceptional experience!!

Update: I encouraged my parents to go after our stay and William has been great in planning a trip for my mom and step dad for their anniversary! ------------ From the very beginning, our experience was unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at Casa Chameleon. • Milton welcomed us the moment we arrived, setting the tone for our stay with his professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. That first impression carried through the rest of our visit. • At the restaurant and bar, Gregory, Andy, Dahiana (manager), Victor, Carlos, Eduardo, Randy, and Roberto consistently went above and beyond. Whether it was at breakfast, dinner, or enjoying cocktails by the pool, each of them made sure we had everything we needed—always with a smile and personal touch that made us feel at home. Dahiana’s leadership was clear in the smooth, welcoming flow of the restaurant. Gregory and Andy kept things lively and engaging, while Victor and Carlos offered attentive, friendly service that never missed a beat. Eduardo and Randy were amazing, ensuring every moment of relaxation was effortless. Everyone's thoughtful attention rounded out the experience, making sure no detail was overlooked. This team embodies what true hospitality is all about: warmth, care, and genuine pride in their work. Casa Chameleon is breathtaking, but it’s these people—Milton, Gregory, Andy, Dahiana, Victor, Carlos, Eduardo, Randy, and Roberto—who make the stay extraordinary. Their managers should be proud to have such a dedicated, welcoming team representing the resort.
