We had a wonderful stay. The staff truly want you to enjoy their city and make the most of your time there — it really shows. There were lots of thoughtful surprise touches and complimentary extras, which made the experience feel generous and special. Breakfast was excellent, and the massages were great. Frank, who welcomed us on arrival, was fantastic and set the tone for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
