Where the original Canaves Oia Suites is a cliff of cave rooms, Epitome is built out across a slope in cut stone and pale plaster, with private pools on most of the suites and enough flat ground to seat a wedding properly.
Ceremonies happen on the Sunset Terrace, the flat roof of Elements restaurant, with the caldera and the volcano straight ahead.
Dinner moves either onto the same terrace or down to the pool deck when the party is bigger.

Incredible!! What a beautiful hotel! We have loved every minute staying here. We stayed at the beginning of the season and at the end of the season and both were as good as each other!
