Let me start by saying from the moment that, I called, the hotel the customer service was absolutely top-tier! I was looking for a hotel in Detroit, and since I wasn't familiar with the area and was traveling with my 80-year-old mother, finding a safe, comfortable place to stay was my top priority. I called the Cambria Hotel, and I spoke with Kimberly, and she immediately put me at ease. She was so kind and reassuring, saying, "We'll take care of you." From that moment, I already felt at home. When we arrived, we were greeted by Rob, whose smile and exceptional hospitality sealed the deal and assured me that I made the right decision. He was so accommodating and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. As soon as we walked into our room, we loved it! It was spotless, smelled fresh, had beautiful hardwood floors, and the bright lighting created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. On our last day, we had the pleasure of meeting Kim, who was just as phenomenal. Every single staff member we encountered was exceptional, kind and had a snile on their face (I apologize that I don't remember everyone's names.) Thank you to the entire Cambria Hotel team for making us feel so welcome, safe, and truly at home. We honestly felt like we were staying with family. I highly recommend this hotel! ❤️💯‼️
