Spa incident Yesterday, a woman entered the sauna wearing sports clothes and outdoor shoes. She sat there without removing her street shoes. Requests to respect the shared public space were ignored. Later, this woman began drying her outdoor shoes on the sauna bench. The administration did not respond to my request to speak with her and simply ignored the situation. The woman continued drying her boots on the bench. I then sat down on the upper bench next to her. In response, the woman said that I should not have sat on the bench where she was drying her shoes. I then threw the shoes onto the floor. It is very disappointing that the administration ignores situations where visitors do not respect others or the shared public space. There is a possibility that the administrator was simply afraid of a conflict due to the risk of losing their job. The woman who ignored the rules was presumably from England or the United States. She behaved as if everything was allowed and told me that I should go back to my own country.
