We spent 3 nights at this hotel paradise in March 2026 and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The location was perfect and everything in Ostuni was within a short walk. We ate at the hotel’s Michelin restaurant one night and ate our favorite dish so far in all of Italy, the fava bean purée with sautéed chicory. Federica and Elisama at the front desk were efficient and helpful, recommending daily plans and restaurants for the evening. Leo was the perfect barman, entertaining us while making divine cocktails and servings everything with a smile. A special thank you to Ottavio who was helpful and kind at every breakfast and on many other occasions, truly a jack of all trades. Bottom line stay at this hotel in Ostuni and you will not be disappointed!!!!! P.S. Opéra Prima was a fantastic dinner spot. Forno 31 bakery around the corner is worth a visit.
