Excellent! Wish I could give this amazing hotel more stars. The meticulous attention to detail from every single employee in the hotel, the service, rooms and fabulous food. The hotel is in a great location within the walled city, walking distance to churches, stores and restaurants. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The food was fabulous; the breakfast buffet had everything you would want, breads made right there! Fruit, cheeses, the variety is pretty extensive. We had dinner everyday at the hotel because of the variety of the menu. We were never disappointed. Everything was fantastic! Would like to thank all the staff that made our stay even nicer, Hector who took care of everything from the moment we walked in, Marlon and Rafael at the restaurant and Roger at the pool. Also the very professional managers whom we had the pleasure to talk with, thanks for a wonderful stay!! We certainly recommend Hotel El Bastion, and will stay here next time we come to Cartagena. We had an amazing stay!
